Questions about pricing
- How fast does the kit go out?
- Empty return kit ships within 1 business day of your request. Available across Canada and the United States. Returned assets are checked in and graded within 1 business day of arriving at the depot.
- Which mode should I pick?
- Pay as you go is cheapest when returns are occasional and mostly domestic: you pay our fee plus exactly what the carrier charged. Flat is for teams that want one predictable number per return and never want to look at a shipping line item. You can switch modes any time from Billing, and override per request.
- What exactly is "shipping at cost"?
- On pay as you go we pass the carrier's charge for both legs (the empty kit to the employee, the packed asset back to the depot) straight through to your invoice, itemized, with no markup. The table on this page shows the typical band for each lane so you can budget before you book.
- How do credits work?
- You buy a block of return credits up front and each completed return consumes one. The total you have purchased sets your tier, and the tier price applies to every return in both modes. Credits never expire. Add-ons and, on pay as you go, carrier shipping are billed separately.
- Do you ship cross-border?
- Yes, Canada and the United States in both directions. Cross-border legs carry duties and brokerage at cost, and flat pricing covers domestic lanes only, so cross-border returns are quoted on request.
- What is not included?
- Data wiping, refurbishment, resale and long-term storage. We get the device back to your depot with a documented chain of custody; what happens next is yours.
